Q:Are you have the limit quote order?

A:We provide unlimited orders for all transation Purchase order.

Q:Where is origin of all our product?

A: Our products are 100% new and original Korea manufactured skin cares and cosmetic. Radiant Secret Team maintain good relationships with only the most recognized  Korean suppliers and manufacturers. All products listed on our website are  sourced directly from South Korea.

Q:Does all you product have expired date?

A:Yes,all our products are new and  listed latest manufactured date. The date printed on the container will be the manufacturing date and not the expiration date unless specifically indicated. Typical shelf-life for Korea cosmetics and skincares are modern packing techniques, unopened containers can usually last for 3-4 years.

Q:Any discount entitled I buy more?

Payment FAQ

Q:What is Billing Details?

A: The billling details should be the same with the address you registered in PayPal when make payment.

Q:What are the payment option that you offer?

A: 1. Credit Card/ Debit Card via PayPal

We accept credit card/ debit card via PayPal. When you make the payment you'll redirected to the PayPal Payment Page which is SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encrypted.

To check the security of your connection, look at the URL address bar of your browser window when you begin to make payment. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https".

We are PayPal Verified Member and we make sure every transaction you make at radiantsecret.com 100% safe. This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our store. 

You also can checkout as guest via PayPal (no registration with PayPal is required) or checkout as guest from our website (no registration with us is required).

Q:Do I need the paypal account to make payment?

A: No. You can check out as guest in paypal and pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB) — all without having a PayPal account.

Q:Do you accept concealed cash or money order?

A: Sorry, this is not secure payment method and we do not accept concealed cash payment and money order. 

Q:What currency do you accept?

A: We accept US dollar, Brailian Real, New Zealand dollar, Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, EURO, Singapore dollar and Malaysia Ringgit only.

Q: I have problem paying via paypal

A: Generally most of the card issuing center will need verification and confirmation  from owner for international online purchase. You may contact your card issuing bank to enable payment for international purchase from credit card/ debit card.

 

Delivery FAQ

Q:What are the shipping method/delivery available?

A:Our delivery method worldwide through DHL (Global Mail). For more information,please refer to Delivery Information.

Q:How long does it take to received my order?

A: We will ship your order within 1 - 4 working days, receivable date  depends on the latest day of your order products and shipping destination. Please refer Delivery Information for transition period according to shipping destination which working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Malaysia's Public Holiday.

Q:How much the shipping cost?

A: For actual value, you can estimate the shipping cost in Shopping Cart.

Are the tracking number provided?

A: Tracking number will be given 3 - 4 working days after the package was shipped via email. You able to check the tracking number in DHL tracking system and your local post office after 1 - 2 working days.

Q: How to track my package?

A: You can track and trace at  Track and Trace DHL.

Q:How if my package is lost?

A: It will be unlikely chances happen to DHL Global shipping. Once your package is shipped by DHL Global mail and you did not receive it as already exceed transition time frame,please write to us immediately so that we can verify your parcel status soonest.We will re-send the parcel to you and claim from the shipper if necessary.

Q:How if my package is spoilt?

A:All of our parcel are double wrap with burble packaging and using cardboard boxes for secure shipping purpose. Radiant Secret team will always check products are in good condition BEFORE ship out. If the package found is spoilt, please send  related photo attachment for us at contact@radiantsecret.com .Our team will check and feedback with compensation for reasonable case .
